Questions

Is Free really free?

Yes. One person, unlimited events, every view, no card, nothing metered, nothing to cancel.

Why does paid start at a crew?

Because the moment somebody else does the work, you need answers and proof — and that is the paid half. Working solo? Stay free as long as you like.

Do my staff need accounts?

No. Each person opens a private portal link. They see only the jobs assigned to them, accept or decline, and send proof when it is done.

What does the 3.49% cover?

Processing and the software around it: invoices, receipts, reminders, the paid/unpaid view. Bank transfers are 1%. There is no monthly fee hiding underneath.

Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes. Card or PayPal, whichever you already use.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep Pro until the date you have paid through, then the account goes back to Free. Nothing is deleted. Your booking page stops taking new bookings; every booking already made stays on your calendar.
