Field service scheduling / Landscaping
Landscaping scheduling your crews actually answer
Assign the install, see who said yes, and get the photos before you get the call.
Assign, accept, prove
An invite says a job exists. It doesn't say anyone is coming. In CalenDawn a job goes to a named person, they accept or decline it, and the job isn't done until the proof is in.
Built for install crews
Multi-day installs
A patio that runs Tuesday to Thursday is one job on three days, not three jobs.
Two people, two answers
Put two people on one job and each accepts and reports on their own. Nobody hides behind the other.
Equipment on the job
The skid steer goes on the job it is needed for, so two crews never plan on the same machine.
Proof photos for installs
Before and after, signed and stamped with time and place.
Shipping to Pro and Crew — in developmentInvoice on completion

Questions people ask next
Can one job span several days?
Yes. Multi-day jobs show on every day they run and label themselves, for example "Tue to Thu".
What if a crew member declines?
You see it straight away, with the reason if they gave one, and reassign it to someone else.
How much is it for a crew of six?
Crew is $49 a month for you and up to 10 people. Pro at $19 covers you and up to 2.
