The money loop · Pro and Crew

Proved job, invoice, paid. One loop.

The proof your crew already sends becomes the invoice. The client sees the work beside the bill, and pays from one link.

The loop, end to end

  1. Deposit taken at booking
  2. Assigned
  3. Accepted in portal
  4. Proved
  5. Invoiced
  6. Sent
  7. Paid

How it works

  • Proof received, invoice drafts itself

When the crew sends proof, the job card shows the photos, checklist, signature and GPS stamp, and an invoice drafts from the job with any deposit already credited. Sending it is always your tap, never automatic billing.

  • Proof beside the bill

The client's pay page shows the before and after next to the balance due. No client login. Card or PayPal. Seeing the work next to the number is why clients pay faster.

  • Deposits at booking

Flat or percent, per service. The booking confirms only once the deposit holds, and the deposit comes off the final bill. Your refund and no-show policy shows at checkout.

  • The Line Item view

Every job with its proof, invoice, deposit, balance and status: Draft, Sent, Overdue, Paid. Unpaid for seven days flips to Overdue on its own.

  • Your crew never sees money

Staff and contractors see proof and job details. Prices stay with you.
