Categories and colours

Every booking gets a category, and every category gets a colour you choose.

1. Categories are listed in the sidebar. Click the dot beside one to change its colour; hide a category to take it off the grid without deleting anything.
2. Every account starts with a default set, shaped by the occupation you chose at sign-up.
